This housing is located in a silesian countryside - Cielmice village - and surrounded by fields. Building fits perfectly in the environment.
Building is symmetrical. It has three different functions. The ground floor is a glazed public space with restaurant and offices. There is also a car park hidden under terrain. Above is private zone which includes nine apartments (three of them are two storey). This part is made of wood. All of the living rooms are oriented south and have glass walls. The building uses rotating panels to regulate the amount of sunlight. The shape of the building is similar to typical gable roofs in the neightbourhood.
Facades are cover with local wood. The rataing wall is made with gabions filled with natural river stones. Main structural material is light steel.
