Building is located in the area of
Silesian University Of Technology in Gliwice.
The halls shape is inspired by the
futuristic buildings found in the science-fiction movies. The most of
the interior is an exhibition space not divided by any walls, so the
form of the building could have irregular shape.
Inside there are two blocks – one of
them has a cubic shape with a restaurant, administration offices,
toilets for guests and lecture halls. The other is a blob with
auditorium.
It is made of light steel construcion
covered with glossy metal panels with circular openings. The building
stands on a slab, braced by columns where is a car park. On the slab
theres a place for external exhibition assesible only for guests.
