The site was a big open green area with one half-timbered house and the lake in the middle. The idea was to create there a camping for biker and motorcyclers. In old house there is a beer garden with small restaurant and place to rest. Nearby there is a new designed building. Its shape is inspired by the old one but made in a modern way. It contains hotel rooms for guest and garage for their vehicles with workshop where they can be fixed.
